           For his clients, Jason markets properties, coordinates contracts, forms, and disclosures required by the State; arranges inspections and building permits for improvements; communicates with mortgage lenders; provides detailed progress reports; remains apprised of neighborhood sales, home values, and bank processes; assists buyers in locating lenders and obtaining financing; serves as a mediator when offers and counteroffers arise; and manages the transaction from the beginning of the purchase until the sale is complete. In addition, Jason specializes in the delicate area of estate sales and planning.
